I’m passionate about helping businesses work smarter, grow sustainably, and create great customer experiences.

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with small businesses, entrepreneurs, and merchants through platforms such as Uber Eats, GrabFood, and Pelago. These experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of the challenges business owners face — from operational bottlenecks and repetitive tasks to balancing growth with limited resources.

With a background in Customer Experience and Operations, I’ve spent much of my career in fast-moving tech startups and growth-stage businesses. I enjoy building and scaling practical systems that simplify operations, improve customer experiences, and support sustainable growth.

Today, I’m particularly interested in how AI and automation can help businesses streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and create more capacity for what matters most.
